Refund & Cancellation Policy

How billing, cancellation, and refunds work for Pro and Pro Plus — straightforward terms, with no lock-ins and no cancellation fees.

Section 1

How Subscriptions Work

Dress In Style offers three plans: Free (no payment required), Pro (₹399/month), and Pro+ (₹699/month). Both Pro and Pro+ can also be billed annually for 5% off the monthly rate.

Pro and Pro+ payments are processed through Razorpay, our payment partner in India — not through Apple App Store or Google Play billing. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details; Razorpay handles that directly.

When you subscribe, you set up a recurring payment mandate (UPI AutoPay or a card/NACH e-mandate) through a Razorpay payment link. Your subscription auto-renews each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on what you chose) by auto-debiting that mandate unless you cancel beforehand.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel anytime — there are no lock-in periods and no cancellation fees.

To cancel: open the Dress In Style app → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. This immediately stops your Razorpay auto-debit mandate, so you won't be charged again.

Cancelling stops future renewals only. Because your current billing period has already been paid for, cancelling does not generate a refund for that period — you keep Pro/Pro+ access until your subscription's current expiry date, then the account reverts to Free.

Section 3

Refunds

Cancelling mid-cycle does not generate a refund for your current billing period — since that period has already been paid for, you simply keep access until it ends. See 'Cancelling Your Subscription' above.

We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused time in a billing period, whether you cancel yourself or your access is suspended for a Terms of Service violation.

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge, or a charge after you'd already cancelled — contact billing@dressinstyle.ai and we'll investigate and, where warranted, process a refund directly through Razorpay.

Section 4

The Free Plan

The Free plan requires no payment, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. You can use it for as long as you like, with no obligation to ever upgrade.

Section 5

Billing Errors & Disputes

If you notice a duplicate charge, a charge after you believe you already cancelled, or any other billing discrepancy, contact billing@dressinstyle.ai and we'll investigate and, where warranted, process a refund through Razorpay.

For Indian bank accounts, UPI, and cards, recurring mandate charges are governed by the Reserve Bank of India's e-mandate framework, which requires advance notification before each auto-debit above the RBI's notification threshold. Razorpay and your bank/UPI provider handle that notification and any related dispute process.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app and via email before taking effect.
